TCT is a Thin-layer Cytologic Test, and liquid based is a technology that uses liquid to preserve cells. Thin layer cytology is a technique that removes impurities from a cell specimen and transfers the cells onto a slide to distribute them in thin layers. TCT examination is mainly to collect the shed cells from the cervical vaginal part and cervical opening, store them in the cell preservation solution, make thin cell sheets, stain them, and observe the cell morphology or cytopathological changes under the microscope.

2.TCT liquid based thin layer cell preservation solution
It is used to preserve exfoliated cervical cells. The cells shed from the cervix are placed in a vial with cell preservation solution, and then made by centrifugal precipitation technology, which can fix cell morphology, prevent cell aggregation, disperse mucus, remove red blood cells, maintain PH value and ionic strength, prevent cell deformation, and can be stored at room temperature.
3. Cell filter
It is composed of plastic fixture, filter membrane, absorbent paper and adhesive slide, which is used for the production of shedding cell tissue.
4. Attach the slide
The coating material on the adhesive slide not only has a permanent, uniformly distributed and dense positive charge, but also has strong physical adhesion. The uniform coating and adhesion on the specially treated clean slide make the adhesive slide have more stable performance, stronger adhesion, cleaner, longer shelf life, firm paste and good transparency within the 2-year effective period. It can meet the adhesion and anti-detachment requirements of different samples of various tissues and cells and different follow-up treatments. It can adsorb tissues and cells quickly and firmly. The number of cells adsorbed in the filmmaking process is large, the distribution is uniform, and the treatment of fixation, staining, dehydration, washing and other drugs is tolerated, so that the adherent cells and tissues are not easy to fall off or locally drop off pieces in the subsequent treatment process, which has a good filmmaking effect. It is also suitable for treatment of floating cells under wet conditions.
5. Sample diluent (balancing liquid)
It is used for diluting, liquefying, blending and equalizing the test sample, and is also commonly called "balancing liquid". The product is intended to facilitate the use of in vitro diagnostic reagents or instruments for the detection of test objects, and does not itself directly participate in the detection.
