Product overview

Single-use transport culture base is mainly used for inoculation and transport of epidemiological investigation collected specimens, and is suitable for short-term preservation and transport of clinical test specimens such as blood, cerebrospinal fluid, pus, sputum, urine, feces or other leaking fluids, to maintain the survival of bacteria and timely preservation of bacteria. There are three types of culture-medium: Amies, Stuart and Ary - Blair.

Stable PH of the medium can reduce the reproduction of E. coli negative bacilli in feces and other specimens, which is beneficial to maintain the survival of the target bacteria

Stuart
Used for transport and preservation of suspicious Neisseria, pneumococcus, streptococcus, diphtheria, Salmonella, Shigella and other specimens

The medium can absorb the oxygen in the culture tube, the preservation of favorable bacteria, prolong the survival of bacteria, does not contain nitrogen source, bacteria is not easy to reproduce

Cary-Blair
Used in epidemiological field for collecting specimens or transporting specimens of anaerobic bacteria, including Campylobacter jejuni, Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Salmonella and Shigella

It can be used to separate anaerobic bacteria and maintain anaerobic environment. For example, Vibrio cholerae can be preserved in the medium for more than 20 days
